Orders placed after 12:00 PM WAT are automatically scheduled for next-day delivery, subject to availability and location. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

3.4 Returns and Refunds

We operate a NON-REFUND POLICY! You may only return products if there was some form of packing error (e.g wrong item was packed) for Abuja same day, outside Abuja within 48hours of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging and documentation. Please contact us at sales@candlesuppliesabuja.com to initiate a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped. Refunds will be processed within  7-14 business days of receiving the returned item, less any actual shipping costs.
